Sheawn Brown is a Special Projects Consultant for Zinzow Law. Sheawn grew up in the remote country side of Alaska; an area very few will ever venture to, and in a place that is beautiful yet formidable and where nature often dominates man. Growing up in Alaska instilled in Sheawn a strong sense of individuality, coupled with an ability to think creatively and find unconventional solutions to opportunities. Alaska also instilled in Sheawn a great appreciation for nature and conservation. All of these values he applies not only in business, but as cornerstone of how Sheawn and his wife raised their three children.
Sheawn’s extensive travels throughout the country and world have taught him that cultural influences shape perceptions and expectations—an insight that he draws upon when developing strategy, making decisions, and communicating with teams. Before launching his business career, Sheawn served 17 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he learned the value of self-discipline, the consistency of character to lead himself and others with integrity, and the perseverance to execute one’s duties responsibly and autonomously.
With more than 20 years of experience as an operations and technology executive, Sheawn has built his career delivering revenue growth, profitability and optimized performance for multi-million-dollar businesses across a variety of industries. Sheawn excels at strategizing, as well as integrating technology solutions to drive profitability. A problem solver at heart, he challenges the status quo by approaching business obstacles like he is tackling a complex puzzle. Sheawn builds a culture of commitment, trust, and accountability by engaging team members at all organizational levels in the pursuit of planning and execution excellence.
